super clean rooms and daily room cleaning service. beautiful location next to the forest - perfect for nature lovers. the staff was very friendly and helpful. loved the free billiard - tennis, and playstation facilities. the breakfast was pretty good - especially during the hot season. the hotel food was amazing - with a bar and free shuttle bus service. the 24-hour gym access was superb. the hotel is great for couples - singles - or families. free parking right outside the entrance

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel that offered a wide range of activities for families. The food was delicious and had plenty of variety. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's central location was convenient. The free activities like billiards, ping pong, and soccer were a special touch that you don't find everywhere. The playroom for kids was also great. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and enjoyable stay.

dwa potoki was even better than our last stay in karpacz! amazing food, 24hr gym access, and a perfect hotel bar. the free shuttle and ideal location make it perfect for couples, singles, and families. can't wait to come back with our new baby next year!

This hotel is a great place for families with lots of activities. The staff are friendly and the rooms are big and warm. The location is also nice and central, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel offers free amenities like billiards, ping pong, and soccer, which is a special touch not found everywhere. The playroom for kids is a nice bonus too.

The hotel could improve by providing information and menus in English for non-Polish speakers.

For the price we paid, our stay at Dwa Potoki was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location by the stream and forest was beautiful. The staff treated us with utmost friendliness and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The hot chocolate in the bar was delicious and the Christmas decorations in the lobby were charming. The location was perfect for skiing and for enjoying the town's beautiful Christmas lights. The staff provided plenty of clean towels and the room was spacious enough.

We were disappointed with our stay. The pool was too small and cold for swimming. The food at the restaurant was bland and overpriced - we expected more traditional Christmas dishes. In addition, the room lacked proper soundproofing and we heard noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway, which made it difficult to sleep. we didn't feel the warm Christmas spirit that we were looking for.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to the mountains, forest and a stream. Guests can access a range of facilities such as a spa, gym and playroom for children. Room service is of high quality with regular cleaning and towel changing. At breakfast, there is a great choice of hot and cold food. Rooms are also spacious, well-decorated and equipped with a functioning WiFi system.

Despite the impressive amenities, gym and spa's opening hours are limited - 12 pm to 10 pm.

The spa facilities were a highlight, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna available from 12-10pm. The hotel also had an excellent playroom with toys and a bouncy castle, as well as a fun entertainment room with pool and football tables and video games. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the town center and situated by a picturesque stream and forest. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
